Self Satisfaction

Getting Self-Satisfaction from your Business
Noone really enjoys being told what to do, where to do it and how to do it. Thats where working for other businesses brings you those disadvantages. You can only blame yourself if your job is boring, repetitive, time consuming and takes you away from friends and family.
With starting a new business, a big source of self-satifaction is the ability to be able to do things your way. A lot of employees are often confused and irritated at some of the descisions that their bosses make, most managers seem to be constrained to uphold company policy, and they tend to treat customers and employees alike.
The high failure rate in new businesses can only suggest that most people are entised by the glamour of starting a new business, when in a lot of cases they would probably be more successful in another career.
Finally, running your own business, allows you to make descisions that you think the market and your employess think to be right at the time. Until the time of course when you become sucessful yourself.
